Orders placed before 1pm EST should arrive within 1-3 business days. This is a fully trackable service with Toll Express or Australia Post. This service may take longer to PO Boxes and rural areas and will be delivered through Australia Post. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
ALL ORDERS - Calculated Based on Price & Weight
All International Orders are shipped via Australia Post or DHL. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
WHEN ARE ORDERS DISPATCHED?
All domestic orders placed within the Australia before 1PM EST are shipped same business day. All other orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Shipping times are estimated between 1-15 business days depending on your location. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking details.
